The Lodge - Kitchens

There are two working kitchen spaces in the lodge. The small kitchen (see photos) has a stove / sink / cabinets, but the commercial sized refrigerators are out of service. We are still planning some additional renovations in the large kitchen, but it is fully furnished with a new stove and refrigerator/freezer. The large sink area, cabinet space, and stainless steel prep table in that kitchen space are good work areas for large groups.

Basic sets of pots and pans and basic cooking utensils are stored in the small kitchen cabinets. You’ll also find a toaster, coffee pot, large coffee urn, enough plates for a multi-troop Boy Scout jamboree!, a set of 24 drinking glasses, forks/knives/spoons for 24,and a collection of coffee mugs.
